As Resident Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm. You’ll help create a positive living environment by organising social events, managing communication through social media platforms, and utilising traditional communication methods. You will also support the wider team with administrative duties such as welcoming residents at reception and taking accurate rental payments to ensure the efficient running of the building. You will provide outstanding customer service via email and phone and be the first point of contact for residents within the building.
