Job Responsibility

Perform complete patient assessment
Recognize significant changes in patient status and seek appropriate resources
Coordinate or collect physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results
Perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy
Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 9 months
