Job Description:

Oversee evening housekeeping operations within the Residences, ensuring all villas and residences meet the highest Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care. This leadership role combines strong operational oversight with a service-driven mindset. You will guide and support the Residences Housekeeping team while ensuring homeowners and guests receive exceptional Homecare Services consistent with Four Seasons luxury standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and coordinate Villa Room Attendants and Villa Housemen during assigned shifts
  • Ensure all residences consistently meet Four Seasons cleanliness, presentation, and service standards
  • Deliver Homecare Services to homeowners in alignment with Four Seasons policies and expectations
  • Maintain superior standards of cleanliness in all residences participating in the Rental Program
  • Conduct inspections of residences and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly
  • Ensure all housekeeping policies, procedures, and service standards are followed consistently
  • Support workflow planning and task prioritization during evening operations
  • Maintain clear communication with management regarding operational needs or concerns
  • Lead by example, fostering professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in hotel or resort operations, housekeeping, or property management
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and service excellence
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
