Residences Housekeeping Supervisor

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
• Communicate issues to next shift
• Complete required paperwork
• Ensure that the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day
• Learn and exemplify the Gold Standards, such as our Employee Promise, Credo and our Service Values

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a luxury brand is preferred
• Required strong computer skills and able to manage all Microsoft applications
• Basic knowledge in PMS-Opera is a plus
• Able to work mornings and evening shifts
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling is required
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Previous experience in a Supervisor role essential, preferably in a 5 Star hotel

Basic knowledge in PMS-Opera is a plus
