As Residences General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, strategy, and overall performance of this exclusive residential community. Job Responsibility:
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the overall operation of the residences
Foster a high-performance, service-driven culture aligned with The Ritz-Carlton brand values
Act as the primary representative of the residences with owners, residents, developers, and key stakeholders
Ensure delivery of a personalized, luxury residential experience that exceeds owner and resident expectations
Build trusted relationships with residents, proactively addressing needs, concerns, and opportunities for enhancement
Champion service innovation and continuous improvement across all touchpoints
Oversee all day-to-day residential operations including facilities, housekeeping, concierge, security, and lifestyle services
Ensure the property is impeccably maintained and reflects the highest standards of luxury living
Partner closely with engineering and facilities teams to manage preventive maintenance and capital planning
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Ensure cost controls, revenue optimization, and long-term asset value protection
Oversee service charge budgets and transparent financial communication with owners
Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and local regulations
Support the governance framework, including owner associations and board engagement where applicable
Manage risk, safety, and security to protect residents, employees, and the asset
Requirements:
Proven senior leadership experience as a General Manager or Director of Operations within luxury hotels, branded residences, or high-end mixed-use developments
Strong background in luxury service delivery, operations, and stakeholder management
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, service charges, and financial performance
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at senior levels
Experience in the Middle East and/or branded residential environments is highly desirable
Arabic language capability would be an advantage
