Job Description:

The Driver is an integral part of the Residences at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The main objective of this role is to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation while ensuring our members and guests experience the highest level of comfort and service. The Driver is expected to represent the Four Seasons brand with professionalism and discretion, utilizing knowledge of the local Naples area to enhance each member’s journey and overall experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing a welcoming, professional, and discreet transportation experience for every resident
  • Safely transporting members and residents to and from destinations while following all traffic laws and Four Seasons safety standards
  • Connecting with members regarding pickup times, destinations, preferences, and special requests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles and reporting any maintenance needs
  • Working closely with concierge and other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Passion for guest services and hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
  • Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area is a plus
  • Experience in a professional driving or hospitality role is a plus
  • US work authorization is required
