Residences Concierge

• Respond to Residence owners’ and guests’ requests for information or services
• Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
• Follow up on special requests to ensure satisfaction
• Provide information on property and surrounding area amenities
• Announce visitors and permit access for authorized individuals
• Process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
• Assist with owners’ reservation services and elevator scheduling
• Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
• Support team in reaching common goals
• Comply with safety standards and procedures
• Report incidents, accidents, or injuries.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds without assistance.
