Job Description:

Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention position at EDITION Residences Tampa Downtown. Responsibilities involve guest services, loss prevention, and upholding Marriott International’s standards of excellence. Preferred qualifications include high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience. Full-time, overnight shift (11:00pm-7:00am).

Job Responsibility:

Respond to Residence owners’ and their guests’ requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system
Lock property entrances when required
Serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative
Maintain coverage of Concierge area by assisting with the breaks of the Concierge team
Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests
Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate departments to resolve calls or issues
Document incidents in logbooks and report them to the next shift
Escort any unwelcome persons from the property
Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts and call for assistance
Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Perform physical tasks like standing, sitting, walking, lifting objects up to 10 pounds
Adhere to the highest standards of The Ritz-Carlton service excellence

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
