The Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya is looking for a Residential Night Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Residential Night Supervisor will have the opportunity to shape the resident experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Director of Residences.
Job Responsibility:
Acts as point of contact for residents and local customers
provides individual assistance and accurate information
Resolves resident’s concerns and complaints speedily and efficiently
ensures complete resident satisfaction
Work closely with security team to ensure the general safety and security of the building during overnight shift
Keeps management informed of residents and staff related incidents
represents senior management in their absence, able to write a report
Ensures areas under supervision are perfectly maintained, clean and tidiness
conducts routine inspections of residences public areas
Ensures pending follow up action is communicated to the next shift
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Assists Residences Concierge, Door and Bell attendant with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods
Works closely with hotel night shift to ensure the general security of the building
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
Requirements:

Proven leadership experience
Firm knowledge of the area
Extremely organized
Ability to multi task
Valid work authorization for Thailand
Nice to have:
Previous pre-opening experience
