Job Description

The Residential Services Attendant is an integral part of the Residential Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our residents and their guests are well looked after from the start. The Residential Services Attendant may be stationed inside or outside the entrance of the Residences to greet each resident and visitors upon arrival and departure to the residences.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet each resident and visitors upon arrival and departure to the residences
  • Load and unload all packages from vehicles
  • Assist residents and their guests with general inquiries about the local area
  • Transport packages, dry cleaning, groceries etc. to the residences
  • Newspaper delivery
  • Assist the Residential Concierge when needed

Requirements

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
  • Ability to stand outside for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to lift at least 60lbs
  • Warm welcoming smile
  • Positive attitude
  • Knowledgeable about the local area
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a High End Residential or Hotel operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
