This is a unique opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the delivery of high-quality student and accommodation services across our halls of residence at University of the Arts London.
Job Responsibility:
Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient reception service
Respond to in-person enquiries, receive contractors, visitors and guests, issue work permits, manage keys and support the check-in and departure processes
Coordinate the post management system and manage telephone and inbox queries
Process invoices, purchase orders and all-resident communications
Provide essential support to the Residence Manager and the wider Halls Management team by taking minutes, managing diaries, and organising meetings or events when required
Travel between designated halls and other university sites across London
Work varying shifts and some weekends between July and September
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
Proven experience of minute taking and diary management
Strong organisational, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines while working under pressure
Nice to have:
Experience with financial or procurement processes
Familiarity with accommodation management software
