Job Description

Residence Doorman who is an “Ambassador” for the Residence, who is insightful, resourceful and has the ability to fully control the Front Drive. Controlling the access and egress to and from areas of the Residence Building, which are under Four Seasons supervision. This includes protecting company and homeowner assets from theft, fire, damage and assisting in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location. One who creates the strongest sense of arrival & departure for all residents and visitors. Arranges for cars to be parked or retrieved. Arranges transportation for arriving and departing residents, forms part of the Emergency Response team.

Job Responsibility

  • Fully control the Front Drive
  • Control the access and egress to and from areas of the Residence Building under Four Seasons supervision
  • Protect company and homeowner assets from theft, fire, damage
  • Assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location
  • Create the strongest sense of arrival & departure for all residents and visitors
  • Arrange for cars to be parked or retrieved
  • Arrange transportation for arriving and departing residents
  • Form part of the Emergency Response team

Requirements

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling required
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and designated data
  • Driving Licence is preferred
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required
