Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming and registering residence club owners and guests
  • check-in/check-out, issuing keys, collecting method of payments, and verbal introduction and tour of the property
  • Answering, assisting, and completing with guest requests via phone or email conversation
  • Successfully complete daily front desk checklist duties and foster a healthy team environment following a thorough pass on
  • Ability to use on-property POS system to merge, cancel, and extend guest reservations based on guests' movements
  • Assist Residence Club guests stay with all concierge requests including dining, local activities, car rentals, mailing and shipping etc
  • Taking, submitting, communicating, and following up with all maintenance requests from both internal and external guests of Residence Club
  • Upkeeping the messages between departments, redirect as needed
  • Appropriate financial control including
  • in-house credit audits, managing cash banks, handling FS gift certificates, review negative postings, etc
  • Report all guests' complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Flexibility to cover Guest services shifts based on business demands which includes: Supporting guests' movements
  • golf cart rides to and from resort, luggage assistance, newspaper deliveries, grill set up and cleaning, etc
  • Upkeeping and maintaining the clubhouse cleanliness and service amenities

Requirements

  • Ability to work 8 hour shifts at a stand-up desk
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude with strong adaptability
  • Knowledge of or ability to use computer equipment or software related to hospitality and business administration is required
  • Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner

Nice to have

  • Previous residential property experience is a plus
  • Previous front desk or guest services experience utilizing Opera, HOTSOS, Microsoft applications, Birchstreet is a plus
  • An additional language skill is a plus
