2 years of prior reset experience and/or retail merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retailers required
Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
Possession of a valid driver's license

Job Responsibility

Provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by Manager
Work with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule
Build effective relationships with store personnel in the course of executing merchandising task
assure customer satisfaction
Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue
Provide feedback on competitor activities

Proficient in written and spoken English
Basic math skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Minimum one year in KEHE operations or a related sales field (with perishable experience necessary for certain areas)
Valid driver’s license
Maintain a driving record that meets KEHE’s standards and insurance eligibility requirements
Reliable transportation
If using a personal vehicle must maintain automobile liability coverage adequate to meet the financial responsibility laws of the state(s) in which the employee operates

Job Responsibility

Drive KEHE sales at customer sites within an assigned territory and route through placement of product, promotional selling and effective display of merchandise
Project a positive image to KEHE customers and while adhering to KEHE policies and procedures
Engage in product sales and additional promotional sales through service visits at customer sites
Merchandise product for display and placement
Transport product from storage areas and place product onto customer shelves or displays
Maintain quality and quantity of products on shelves by rotating products, checking code dates and replenish product
Conduct Inventory counts and reconcile orders for customer accounts
Create and transmit customer credits for spoiled and/or returned goods
Create and transmit orders for product replenishment and other corresponding paperwork
Deliver exceptional customer service
