Job Description

If you enjoy the pace of airline reservations, love getting fares right the first time, and want to work for a global travel company supporting a major international airline client, this could be a great next step. A global travel company is looking for an experienced Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join their London team. You’ll be working in a multicultural environment, handling bookings, ticketing, passenger support and detailed reporting. Fluent Mandarin (spoken, read and written) is essential for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling reservation calls from passengers and travel trade
  • Creating bookings, processing changes, issuing and reissuing tickets and EMDs
  • Managing invoices, payments and strict reporting procedures
  • Completing daily and monthly sales reports and reconciliations
  • Supporting customers over the phone and face to face
  • Handling reissues, upgrades, reroutes and group bookings
  • Liaising with local and overseas teams for the airline client

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin (speak, read, write)
  • Minimum two years’ airline reservations and ticketing experience
  • Strong Amadeus skills including fares, e-ticketing and manual fare builds
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Calm, professional and detail focused
  • Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills
