We’re looking for an experienced Reservations Team Leader to help drive occupancy, support operational excellence, and deliver seamless, personalised service across our exciting new opening, The Whale | Narooma.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead daily accommodation reservation operations to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain accurate bookings, rate structures, room allocations, and reporting
  • Deliver personalised guest service and manage VIPs, waitlists, amendments, and special requests
  • Resolve guest issues professionally while ensuring seamless handovers and collaboration across teams
  • Drive online booking adoption, workflow improvements, and team development through training and SOP enhancement

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Hotel Reservations Supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences
