Assist in leading a team to manage all booking enquiries and communications for rooms, restaurants, spa and other itineraries

Requirements
Experience in reservations within a luxury hotel or premium brand
Motivated by working within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
Ideally hold prior experience in systems such as Opera, Sevenrooms, Book4Time, Alliants and People Vine
Microsoft Office suite knowledge essential
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with our members and guests
