Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with clear understanding of policies and compliance with brand standards
Apply upselling and personalised sales techniques while identifying guest requirements to maximise room revenue, suggest alternatives, and promote property amenities and offers
Accurately input and manage reservation data, including: special codes, loyalty details, confirmation numbers, and documentation of guest preferences
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, verbal and written
