As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest bookings and inquiries while acting as the primary point of contact for pre-arrival arrangements. You will deliver an exceptional and personalized experience, ensuring every guest feels valued from their first interaction with the hotel. You will also provide sales advice to maximize revenue opportunities, meet budgeted targets, and contribute to the hotel's overall success. Your duties will include providing information on room availability and pricing, handling changes, cancellations, and guest requests, while coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and unforgettable guest experiences. This role focuses on the pre-arrival booking phase and requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Fluency in English language, oral and written
At least two additional European languages one of which is Maltese
Work experience in a similar role
Very high attention to detail
Good problem solving skills
Excellent communicator and customer service oriented
Team player with ability to work individually as well as part of the team in a multicultural environment
In a possession of a qualification in tourism/hospitality or equivalent
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System and Marsha
