Job Description:

Responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department. Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals; understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the day to day operation of the reservations department (function as resource for reservations sales agents
  • handle reservations sales calls
  • problem and conflict resolution
  • scheduling).
  • Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals
  • understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Two Years' Experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization, preferably Reservations.
  • Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship skills.
  • Proven success in a previous rooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to read and speak and write English.
