Responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department. Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals; understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the day to day operation of the reservations department (function as resource for reservations sales agents
handle reservations sales calls
problem and conflict resolution
scheduling).
Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals
understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield.
Requirements:
Minimum of Two Years' Experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization, preferably Reservations.
Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship skills.
Proven success in a previous rooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.
