Offering different aspects across the surrounding grounds, the character of each bedroom is written in the natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship found throughout. We are now looking for a Reservations Executive to join our fantastic Reservations team.

Job Responsibility:

Manage bookings across the Estate, including The Bothy, Marle & Hearth, including all on- and off-site experiences
Coordinate guest transfers to and from Heckfield Place
Deliver an efficient, courteous and thoughtful reservations journey
Take ownership of the guest journey from first point of contact through arrival, stay and departure
Respond to all telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Initiate pre-arrival contact with guests
Manage reservations for bedrooms, spa, restaurants, private events and all guest experiences
Maintain accurate guest profiles
Coordinate all guest activities and experiences

Requirements:

Exceptional attention to detail
Refined guest service
Confident use of reservation systems
Flexibility in working patterns, including weekends and public holidays
