Job Description:

This opportunity is for a Reservations Manager ready to step into broader commercial ownership. As Reservations & Events Commercial Lead, you’ll bring a deep understanding of demand, conversion and trading patterns — and use that expertise to influence pricing, event-led demand and total-hotel performance with real visibility and impact. You’ll stay close to the guest and the enquiry, but with a wider remit, sharper accountability and a growing role in shaping commercial outcomes, not just processing them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the full journey from enquiry to arrival
  • Influence pricing logic, yield decisions, forecasting input and event-led demand strategy
  • Influence how availability is positioned, how rates flex, how event demand is handled
  • Lead the reservations function with a strong commercial mindset
  • Manage and develop a small team
  • Set standards and ensure every enquiry is converted with intent
  • Work closely with sales, events and hotel leadership

Requirements:

  • Experience in a branded hotel environment is essential
  • Confident managing complex demand, high enquiry volumes and competing priorities
  • Understanding of systems, rate structures and availability controls
  • Thinking about how to convert better, yield smarter and maximise peak opportunity
What we offer:
  • Clear development into wider commercial and revenue roles
  • Industry-leading training and leadership development
  • Generous hotel discounts across the UK and Europe, including staff rates and up to 50% off food and beverage
  • 24/7 employee assistance support
  • Uncapped incentives
