Join our pre-opening team as Reservations / Core Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Reservations / Core Manager, you will support the setup and daily operation of both reservations and core systems, ensuring a seamless booking process and operational efficiency from pre-opening through the resort’s daily operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support pre-opening tasks including reservations system setup, inventory loading, rate configuration, and team onboarding
Assist in creating standard operating procedures for reservations and core system processes
Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring prompt handling of bookings and guest inquiries
Manage rate and inventory control in coordination with Revenue and Sales teams
Support in maintaining and troubleshooting core operational systems
Handle VIP, group, and special reservations with a focus on personalized guest service
Prepare and analyze reservations and system reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Assist in training and coaching the reservations team
Collaborate with operational departments to ensure smooth transitions from reservation to guest arrival
Requirements:
Experience in reservations operations within luxury hospitality
Knowledge of reservations platforms (PMS, CRS) and core systems supporting hotel operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and systems management experience
