Job Description

Join our pre-opening team as Reservations / Core Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Reservations / Core Manager, you will support the setup and daily operation of both reservations and core systems, ensuring a seamless booking process and operational efficiency from pre-opening through the resort’s daily operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Support pre-opening tasks including reservations system setup, inventory loading, rate configuration, and team onboarding
  • Assist in creating standard operating procedures for reservations and core system processes
  • Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring prompt handling of bookings and guest inquiries
  • Manage rate and inventory control in coordination with Revenue and Sales teams
  • Support in maintaining and troubleshooting core operational systems
  • Handle VIP, group, and special reservations with a focus on personalized guest service
  • Prepare and analyze reservations and system reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Assist in training and coaching the reservations team
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure smooth transitions from reservation to guest arrival

Requirements

  • Experience in reservations operations within luxury hospitality
  • Knowledge of reservations platforms (PMS, CRS) and core systems supporting hotel operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and systems management experience
  • Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
