Job Description

Lamers Tour & Travel, a trusted group tour operator serving travelers across Wisconsin, is looking for a full-time Reservations Assistant to join our dedicated team. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping people, this is your opportunity to be part of the exciting world of travel planning!

Job Responsibility

  • Assist customers by phone and in person with questions about upcoming tours, itineraries, and inclusions
  • Coordinate with vendors: request payments, prepare contracts, and confirm group activity arrangements
  • Organize and maintain accurate records for each tour’s departure
  • Reconcile post-tour expenses for our corporate accounting team
  • Data Entry into Tour Booking System

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in the role
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems like the TBS reservation system
