Job Responsibility
Handling inbound enquiries and managing our bookings systems
Communicating with our clientele daily via phone/email/social media platforms
Meeting customer needs and maximising venue earning potential
Working alongside the venue and operations team to ensure clear communication
Delving into pro-active sales and outreach when required to identify and contact potential corporate customers
Requirements
Sales-based experience is preferred but is not essential
Must be able to reliably commute
