Job Responsibility

  • Handling inbound enquiries and managing our bookings systems
  • Communicating with our clientele daily via phone/email/social media platforms
  • Meeting customer needs and maximising venue earning potential
  • Working alongside the venue and operations team to ensure clear communication
  • Delving into pro-active sales and outreach when required to identify and contact potential corporate customers

Requirements

  • Sales-based experience is preferred but is not essential
