Job Description

Provide support to our Reservations and Communications team at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, the leading luxury resort in Central Florida.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a large volume of calls throughout shifts
  • Contact guests to provide pre-arrival assistance and answer questions or concerns during their stay
  • Suggest and complete room, spa, golf, and dining reservations
  • Able to describe the resort’s offerings, and benefits

Requirements

  • Strong communication and computer skills are required
  • Able to work rotating schedules, including overnight relief
  • Experience of 1-2 years
  • Must have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
