As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests. You play a key role in creating memorable experiences by providing accurate information, personalized service, and seamless booking support that reflects the Four Seasons standard of luxury and care.
Job Responsibility:
Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and courteous manner
Provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities
Identify guest preferences and personalize reservations whenever possible
Accurately enter and maintain reservation details in the system
Upsell rooms, packages, and services while enhancing the guest experience
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Resolve guest inquiries or concerns with efficiency and empathy
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
A passion for hospitality and delivering luxury service
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using reservation systems and basic computer applications
Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service (preferred)
