Working with the Reservations Manager and Revenue Manager, the Reservation Agent will act as the main point of contact for guest bedroom bookings. General Duties: Opera Knowledge, Ensure all guest bookings are entered correctly and communicate any requests with the relevant departments, Ensure GDPR is adhered to at all times, Ensure responses are done in a timely manner.
