Job Responsibility

  • Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and GDS in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
  • Promote room types, suites, packages, and hotel experiences to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Maintain full knowledge of both properties—including room categories, services, amenities, dining venues, spa offerings, and experiences
  • Deliver personalized service while adhering to Four Seasons standards and communication guidelines
  • Enter, modify, and confirm reservations in the Property Management System with accuracy
  • Manage guest preferences, special requests, traces, and comments to ensure seamless coordination
  • Process cancellations, no-shows, amendments, and ensure timely follow-up with guests
  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance and Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment and efficient operations
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues to provide continuity and visibility across shifts
  • Uphold a professional image—appearance, conduct, and communication—at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or sales
  • luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • additional languages are an asset
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to identify guest needs and recommend suitable options
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to multitask under pressure
  • Positive attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and genuine passion for guest service
