We are seeking an experienced and service‑driven Reservations Agent to join our reservations team supporting Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. This role is based in Marrakech and plays a significant part in shaping the guest journey—from the first inquiry to a flawless arrival. As the first point of contact, the Reservations Agent represents the voice of the hotels and ensures every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and excellence of Four Seasons.
Job Responsibility:
Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and GDS in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
Promote room types, suites, packages, and hotel experiences to maximize revenue opportunities
Maintain full knowledge of both properties—including room categories, services, amenities, dining venues, spa offerings, and experiences
Deliver personalized service while adhering to Four Seasons standards and communication guidelines
Enter, modify, and confirm reservations in the Property Management System with accuracy
Manage guest preferences, special requests, traces, and comments to ensure seamless coordination
Process cancellations, no-shows, amendments, and ensure timely follow-up with guests
Liaise closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance and Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment and efficient operations
Communicate clearly with colleagues to provide continuity and visibility across shifts
Uphold a professional image—appearance, conduct, and communication—at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or sales
luxury hospitality experience preferred
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Strong sales skills with the ability to identify guest needs and recommend suitable options
Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to multitask under pressure
Positive attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and genuine passion for guest service
