Reservations Agent

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email and social channels
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type
• Accommodate and document special requests
• Maintain guest history and ensure latest information is retained
• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
• Use sales techniques when assisting guests in making reservations
• Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns
• Promotion of Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
• Maximise upselling opportunities

• Minimum one year experience in reservations/front office
• Knowledge of Opera PMS advantageous
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Prioritisation of tasks
