As a Reservations Agent (Core Agent), you will be a key part of the Core Department, supporting guests with arranging accommodations and delivering personalized, seamless booking experiences. You will represent Four Seasons through phone and digital channels, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service while supporting the wider Sales and Marketing strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries, converting requests into confirmed reservations
Provide expert knowledge of room types, rates, hotel amenities, CottoCrudo restaurant, and AVA Spa offerings
Accurately record and manage reservations, guest profiles, and account information in all systems
Use selling techniques to maximize conversion while focusing on guest needs and preferences
Manage group reservations, including setting up room blocks and handling special requests
Resolve guest inquiries and challenges promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher education
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills with a guest‑centric and sales‑oriented mindset
Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure
Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, internet, and hotel systems
Professional attitude that reflects Four Seasons service culture and standards
Nice to have:
Czech is an advantage but not mandatory
