Our Reservations Agents are the voice of the hotel, combining charisma and professionalism to bring our rooms, suites, and facilities to life. With genuine passion and precision, you will create the first impression of the Four Seasons experience, making this department critical to our success.
Job Responsibility:
Handle guest enquiries via phone and email, converting conversations into confirmed bookings
Liaise with VIP guests, wholesalers, and travel agents to make, amend, and confirm reservations
Stay knowledgeable on all hotel offerings – including restaurants, bar, and spa – to upsell services and personalise guest experiences
Ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and service excellence of Four Seasons
Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and build rapport
A true passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
At least 1 year of experience in Reservations or Front Office within a large international hotel
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded
