Job Responsibility:
Managing all guest reservations and ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience
Deal with all reservation requests and changes, accurately processing bookings, and assisting guests with their needs
Work closely with Front of House department to maintain inventory, manage pre-payments, and support both individual and group bookings
Requirements:
Have an excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with excellent communication skills
Previous Front of House or Reservations experience essential
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to work on a varied schedule, including weekends
