Job Description:

Four Points by Sheraton - where timeless classics are integrated with modern details. The atmosphere is honest, uncomplicated and casual. Join us as a Reservations Coordinator in a community of approachable and straightforward talent offering simplified, not simple experiences to independent travelers. This is a 20 hour per week position.

Job Responsibility:

Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate
Analyse and update all traveller requests that are tailored to their requirements
Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or traveller orders
Assist and coordinate traveller bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each traveller experience
Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team

Requirements:

Strong communication skills written and verbal
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in New Zealand
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
