Reservations Agent

• Handle all day-to-day enquiries for Estelle Manor
• Answering and responding to all incoming calls, messages and requests in a warm and friendly way ensuring our members and guests always feel hosted in their home
• Passion for delivering exceptional service in an efficient manner
• positive attitude and keen motivation to develop any previous reservations experience and skills

• Passionate about creating exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
• Experience in luxury hospitality or travel is advantageous
• Confident IT user and telephone communicator
• Ability to proactively anticipate guest needs and requests in a timely manner ensuring positive outcomes and elevation of the Estelle Manor experience
• Comfortable taking ownership, accountability and acting as a point of reference for guests and members
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with our members and guests
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines

Experience in luxury hospitality or travel is advantageous
