As a Reservations and Communications Executive, you will handle all day-to-day enquiries for Estelle Manor. You will be responsible for answering and responding to all incoming calls, messages and requests in a warm and friendly way ensuring our members and guests always feel hosted in their home. With a passion for delivering exceptional service in an efficient manner, you will have a positive attitude and keen motivation to develop any previous reservations experience and skills.

Requirements
Passionate about creating exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
Experience in luxury hospitality or travel is advantageous
Confident IT user and telephone communicator
Ability to proactively anticipate guest needs and requests in a timely manner ensuring positive outcomes and elevation of the Estelle Manor experience
Comfortable taking ownership, accountability and acting as a point of reference for guests and members
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with our members and guests
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
Nice to have
Experience in luxury hospitality or travel is advantageous
