• Handle all day-to-day enquiries for Estelle Manor
• Answer and respond to all incoming calls, messages and requests in a warm and friendly way ensuring our members and guests always feel hosted in their home

• Passionate about creating exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
• Confident IT user and telephone communicator
• Experience in luxury hospitality would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with our members and guests
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
