Reservationist Agents assist our valued guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations. They also handle general customer inquiries and provide extraordinary, world-class service! Successful agents excel at building rapport, they are knowledgeable about our destination and generate excitement for visiting our breath-taking property! Job Responsibility:

  • Answer high volumes of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, availability, pricing, schedules, and policies
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and special requests promptly
  • Process reservations, cancellations, modifications, and confirmations in the company’s booking system- Flybook
  • Verify customer details for accuracy and completeness before finalizing bookings
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of available inventory, promotions, and service options
  • Use reservation software and call center tools to log interactions and complete transactions
  • Enter customer data with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Follow company procedures for handling payments, deposits, or billing when applicable
  • Troubleshoot issues related to bookings, service conflicts, or system errors
  • Escalate complex concerns to supervisors or relevant departments when needed

Requirements:

  • Have a strong sales aptitude with ability to up-sell, cross-sell and overcome objections
  • Have excellent problem solving, complaint resolution and negotiation skills
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Are passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the guest experience
  • Demonstrate a professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
