The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for booking inquiries, itinerary adjustments, and customer support related to extended hotel stays.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls and assist customers with hotel reservation requests in a fast-paced service environment
Update, revise, and confirm booking details to ensure each reservation reflects current guest needs and stay requirements
Support guests with changes such as date adjustments, room requests, and other reservation-related modifications
Manage bookings for short- and long-term stays, including reservations extending up to 40 nights
Communicate clearly with clients to explain reservation options, availability, pricing, and applicable terms
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy
Coordinate reservation information carefully to reduce errors and provide timely confirmations
Apply strong relationship-management skills to create a positive customer experience throughout each interaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, reservations, call center support, or hospitality-related operations
Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships
Experience reviewing pricing, terms, or booking conditions and communicating them clearly to customers
Comfortable handling reservation changes, updates, and detailed service requests with close attention to detail
Ability to use sound judgment when addressing customer concerns and negotiating acceptable booking-related solutions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently in a deadline-driven setting
