Job Description

Responsible for soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related opportunities. Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provides service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company.

  • Oversee daily operations including handling VIP bookings, return guest preferences, and special requests
  • Control and analyze daily pick-up, cancellations, no-shows, and sources of reservations to guide business decisions
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and revenue forecasts
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely distribution of reservation confirmations and guest communication
  • Resolve guest concerns and billing disputes with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure all staff are trained in hotel services, room categories, and upselling techniques to enhance revenue and guest experience
