Job Responsibility
Contact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell mini-vacation packages
Engage with customers who have already purchased travel certificates and convert them into confirmed bookings
Research accommodation availability and coordinate tour presentation appointments
Ensure all bookings, amendments, and cancellations comply with company policies and procedures
Promote seasonal campaigns, special offers, and vacation experiences
Maximize every customer interaction across phone, email, social media, and online enquiries
Schedule qualified appointments and presentations using assigned lead sources
Provide accurate information and directions to designated sales locations
Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences at every touchpoint
Build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently guide customers through the booking process
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals
Contribute ideas that improve processes, customer experiences, and business results
Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to our service culture
Requirements
Experienced in telesales, telemarketing, or a sales-focused contact center environment
Confident communicators with an engaging and professional phone manner
