We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Reservation & Events Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive outstanding service in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility:
Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
Responding to emails in a timely manner
Managing reservations and event bookings
Supporting event planning and coordination
Maintaining accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
Liaising with other team members to ensure weekend is handed over for the week ahead
Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Friendly and professional telephone manner
Experience in customer service or administration is preferred
Interest in events, hospitality, or the wine industry is a plus
