Reservation Agent

• Handling guest reservations across our luxury hotels
• Ensuring every booking is managed efficiently and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service
• Acting as the first point of contact for guests
• Providing information about hotel services, room availability, rates, and special offers
• Maximizing revenue opportunities
• Maintaining reservation standards
• Creating a seamless booking experience that reflects the high level of hospitality synonymous with our luxury properties

• 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, guest services, or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries efficiently
• Experience with hotel reservation systems such as Opera PMS or similar property management systems is highly desirable
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest requests and reservation amendments professionally
