About the role: We are now looking for a Reseller Trainer to help us build, deliver, and continuously improve the learning journey for our reseller network. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that give our partners the knowledge, confidence, and commercial readiness to successfully sell, onboard, and support myPOS solutions. From onboarding and certification to advanced product, sales, and enablement training, you will own the full reseller training experience and help turn knowledge into real partner performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys training diverse audiences, simplifying complex information, and building scalable learning programs in a fast-moving international fintech environment.
Job Responsibility
Own and shape the full reseller learning journey, from first-touch onboarding and certification to advanced product, sales, and performance enablement across international partner markets
Design and deliver high-impact training programs that equip reseller partners to confidently position, sell, onboard, and support myPOS products
Create best-in-class enablement content, including live workshops, e-learning modules, presentations, video tutorials, product explainers, quick reference guides, assessments, and partner knowledge resources
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for reseller sales teams, account managers, and technical staff
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Partner Management to keep training content accurate, relevant, and aligned with product launches, regulatory updates, sales priorities, and business growth goals
Use training data, partner feedback, certification progress, and performance insights to identify knowledge gaps, improve learning impact, coach partners where needed, and continuously evolve the reseller enablement program
Requirements
5+ years of experience in training, L&D, sales/partner enablement role, ideally within a high-growth technology / fintech / payments environment
Strong track record of building and delivering high-impact training programs for external partners, resellers, distributors, sales teams, or commercial audiences, covering onboarding, certification, product enablement, sales readiness, and continuous learning
Exceptional facilitation and communication skills
Strong instructional design and content creation experience, with ability to turn complex topics into engaging learning experiences using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Articulate, LMS platforms, or similar solutions
Commercially sharp and data-informed mindset
Self-starter approach, strong project management skills, fluency in English, high attention to detail, ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Partner Management teams
