Job Description:

The Reseller Solutions Manager for Meta's Greater China team is a strategic and solution-driver who prioritizes our SMB advertisers and resellers. This role offers an opportunity to manage partners, drive business growth for Meta, serve as a consultative product consultant, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for our advertisers through collaboration with our partners. The successful candidate will build partner capability around Meta's products, solutions, and toolings, enabling them to become our extended sales force in the local market and scale business for Meta. To excel in this position, you will need problem-solving skills, consultative sales, and analytical skills, and a focus on solutions. The ability to work effectively with internal cross-functional partners and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment while delivering solid business impact against tight deadlines are essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate reports and analysis on reseller’s functional performance to drive business growth and improve partner performance
  • Handle administrative tasks related to reseller, ensuring a seamless experience for our partner and clients
  • Provide administrative support to reseller sales team members, enabling them to focus on closing deals and driving revenue
  • Track reseller interactions and maintain accurate records for education, policy performance and ads solution, ensuring compliance and maximizing the effectiveness of our solutions
  • Supporting Reseller Sales team to take reseller inquiries and resolve non-technical issues, providing customer service and providing timely and effective solutions to their needs
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to address advertisers/partners’ questions and be able to provide the updates or resolutions for the users timely and independently, demonstrating a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Support on Sales initiatives and projects to drive results and achieve business objectives
  • Support the operational and administrative works from sales teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience working directly with tech, advertising, media, digital marketing
  • Experience in sales, consulting, partner sales, channel sales, project/program management role
  • Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining attention to details
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as advertiser / partner relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
