Meta is seeking a and experienced Reseller Partner to join our team. As a Reseller Partner, you will be responsible for managing sales portfolio and relationships with major resellers and partners, driving strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with resellers. Your expertise in sales management, channel sales management, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial in achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
Job Responsibility
Achieve sales targets while driving sustainable growth of SMB business through scalable strategies and solutions, and resellers management
Partner with program, marketing, product, and operations teams to develop a sales strategy that maximises growth and builds partnerships with resellers
Design and execute vertical-specific initiatives that drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
Develop and implement programs that enhance the reseller experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates
Maximise operational efficiency in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment where processes are fluid
Drive relationships and communications between resellers and Meta
Interface with key players in the advertising community and represent Meta at industry events
Manage and negotiate complex reseller contracts to successful completion
Requirements
Proven track record of hitting sales goals and driving revenue growth
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, can interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions
Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Fluent in Mandarin and English, as the role requires managing reseller partner relationships and communications in Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking markets
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrated experience in building relationships with external partners
8+ years of experience in sales management, channel sales management, consulting or finance or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to have
Experience in ecommerce operations, including knowledge of online shopping platforms, digital payment systems, and logistics management
Knowledge of Meta's ecommerce products and services, including advertising solutions and commerce platforms
Understanding of ecommerce industry trends, challenges, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience adapting to evolving priorities and contributing effectively in a team environment with shifting requirements
