We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our team. You will collaborate closely with our existing Consultants to deliver executive search mandates in the world of Private Equity in the U.K. and Europe. As a critical member of a practice team, the Researcher will be passionate about sharing learnings and best practice matched by their ability to execute on the agreed solution for the client. This will ensure a robust and well-managed process delivers the excellent results our clients’ demand. Within our ever-changing and evolving business there is the potential for accelerated personal development and progression – both supporting your team members and in turn, the business providing you with the tools and framework creating a clear path for succession.

Job Responsibility:

  • Team and candidate engagement, to enable learnings about the Private Markets industry
  • Talent mapping in support of the timely execution of executive search mandates
  • Initial candidate screening to create an accurate list of candidates, aligned to job briefs
  • Maintaining excellent standards of talent system management
  • Preparation of credible written material, to support candidate introductions and wider business material
  • Curate market intelligence for specific mandates and wider knowledge sharing
  • Ad-hoc business assignments which may include support on events

Requirements:

  • 6 – 12 months’ work experience
  • Experience within Recruitment/ Research/ Executive search advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Commitment to maintain accuracy and integrity across all deliverables
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Agile in working with various team members and different search mandates/ business projects
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Business proficiency in a second European language advantageous
  • Degree educated

Nice to have:

  • Experience within Recruitment/ Research/ Executive search
  • Business proficiency in a second European language
