Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! The ideal candidate brings a deep passion for research and strategy, raising the bar with AI led experiences, and laddering key user needs to critical product decisions and broader business impact. Partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will tackle our highest impact problems, influencing company strategy for both the short and long term.

  • Shown success in identifying assumptions that underpin key challenges, prioritizing the most critical assumptions, and creating right sized research approaches to test those critical assumptions
  • A proven track record of gaining consensus from executive team members and cross disciplinary partners, going beyond mere research mechanics and findings to articulate a larger user story, and the “so what” to inspire action
  • Experience conducting research on AI-powered features or working on teams exploring AI applications

Nice to have

  • 2+ years in product design, user centric product management, product development, and/or front end engineering
  • A familiarity and depth of experience using Figma’s products
