Job Description:

Join Atlassian as an intern and spend your summer having an impact on how millions of users collaborate and use software. This program is open to penultimate year university students with Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. The internship dates are late November 2025 to late February 2026, full-time for 12 weeks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and conduct research that informs the mission and feeds the design, strategy, and development of products and platforms
  • work with a passionate team to improve our research craft and build better experiences

Requirements:

  • Be currently enrolled in Masters program in Psychology, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction or a relevant degree and completing your studies before January 2027
  • background in qualitative (and some quantitative) UX research methods
  • knowledge of when, why, and how to apply these methods
  • proficient in data management and data analysis
  • engaging techniques for sharing research insights
