Proven experience of successfully launching innovative customer-led solutions to maximise the customer experience
Experience in proposition development and market execution
Ability to lead change across the product lifecycle and engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent understanding of customer led insights, customer behaviour data and market trends to inform future propositions and shape strategy

Shape solutions for our customers’ today as well as anticipate what our customers’ will need in the future

Design end-to-end products & propositions to support our Savings Ambition, Brand and Purpose
Translating the Savings strategy into actionable customer delivery priorities aligned to customer outcomes and commercial plans
